Cancellation Policy for 20th Salon and Barber:
We understand that unexpected things can come up, but please understand that we have a strict cancellation policy to follow for our barbers and stylists.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice or No-Show appointments for Barbering Services and 24 hours for Salon Services will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Longer appointments such as Balayage, Ombré, Color Corrections, Extensions, Braids etc are subject to a 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling and may require a deposit depending on appointment length.
We also ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15min grace period and if we exceed that time, our cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged prior to rescheduling.
